14. What is Super Mamma`s view towards “scam emails”?

There have been cases where certain people and organizations have received emails which seemed to have been sent from Super Mamma or a partner of Super Mamma. These are “scam emails” which sometimes request certain information like a password, or user name, and even sums of money in exchange for bigger sums of money or other bonuses, like winning a contest or a Super Mamma promotion.

Sometimes these messages seem very convincing because they have Super Mamma`s logo, or come from an electronic mail address which looks like it belongs to Super Mamma.

In any of the above cases, these emails are counterfeit, and have no connection to Super Mamma; thus, we suggest you check the authenticity of these types of messages (regardless the way they have been sent to you) before answering. Also, Super Mamma recommends you do not send money or other information because it is against Super Mamma`s policy to ask for these in exchange for prizes, job interviews or any other type of registration.

If you have doubts regarding a certain email that you received, please tell us in the “Contact” form, and let us know about these incidents so we can take action against these persons. Also, you can ask for your internet provider`s help.
